Planner

Manage daily planning activity with internal departments and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders

Monitor order status and set manufacturing priorities based on customer requirements and requests

Handle customer returns and liaise with customers throughout the resolution process

Prepare and process quotations and purchase orders received

Follow up with internal teams and suppliers on pending orders

Perform data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date records

Support the coordination of incoming orders

Provide day-to-day administrative and customer service support

Coordinate with Headquarters and other Technoprobe branches worldwide to align orders and priorities

Assist the team with additional duties as assigned

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
