Planner

We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to manage and optimise our end-to-end supply chain planning activities. This role will play a key part in balancing supply and demand, maintaining healthy inventory levels, and ensuring seamless coordination across sales, procurement, warehousing, and distribution in a fast-paced and responsive business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise supply and demand plans to ensure inventory availability and support business requirements.
• Partner closely with the Sales team to align supply chain plans with business objectives, sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment while minimizing excess stock, slow-moving inventory, and obsolescence.
• Coordinate supply chain activities across procurement, warehousing, and distribution to ensure efficient and timely product flow.
• Analyse demand patterns, market trends, and business requirements, and proactively adjust planning strategies accordingly.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, responsiveness, and overall operational performance.
• Perform accurate data analysis and prepare regular reports to provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve supply and demand-related issues.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, inventory management, or a related function.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage changing priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
