About the role
We are looking for a motivated Planner to join our IC design company and help connect customer demand with production capability. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is organized, curious, and eager to build a career in the semiconductor industry. You will learn how integrated circuits move from demand forecasts and material purchasing through subcontractor manufacturing to finished-goods delivery. Working alongside experienced planners, engineers, sales, and operations colleagues, you will gradually take ownership of planning activities and contribute to improving delivery performance, inventory efficiency, and supply-chain visibility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from customer forecast to finished-goods delivery.
- Review customer forecasts and translate them into practical production and delivery plans.
- Prepare and maintain finished-goods delivery schedules and track on-time-delivery performance.
- Monitor material purchasing requirements based on lead times and production needs.
- Track subcontractor work-in-progress (WIP), cycle times, output schedules and capacity constraints.
- Support inventory monitoring to balance product availability, inventory turns, and excess-stock risks.
- Coordinate with Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing to follow up on demand changes, order priorities, new product introductions (NPI), and material holds.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant SCM experience.
- Strong interest in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or technology supply chains.
- Good analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage, not a requirement.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to collaborate confidently with internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with willingness to ask questions, learn quickly, and take ownership.
Development Opportunities:
- Structured onboarding and hands-on training in semiconductor supply-chain planning.
- Mentorship from experienced planning, procurement, and operations professionals.
- Exposure to the full IC supply chain, including materials, subcontractors, manufacturing, quality, and customer delivery.
- Opportunities to develop skills in demand planning, capacity analysis, inventory management, ERP systems, and cross-functional coordination.
We offer competitive remuneration package and excellent career prospects to the right candidate. To apply, please send your full resume with current and expected salary by E-mail: [email protected]
