Kamada is hiring a Plasma Planner

We are looking for an early-career Industrial Engineering graduate to join our Supply Chain team at our Beit Kama site.

This role combines planning and data analysis with ongoing operational responsibility across the plasma supply chain, from collection and supply through allocation for manufacturing. It involves detailed follow-up and coordination with internal teams and international partners, including regular collaboration with colleagues and suppliers in the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate plasma collection, supply, inventory, and allocation to meet manufacturing needs.

• Monitor inventory, supply schedules, and outstanding activities.

• Analyze supply and inventory data to identify trends, anticipate gaps, and support planning decisions.

• Identify operational gaps and help coordinate solutions.

• Work closely with US-based partners to align plans and support supply continuity.

What we are looking for:

• A degree in Industrial Engineering .

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand how processes connect.

• The ability to learn independently and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• A genuine interest in supply chain planning and day-to-day operations.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, for regular work in an international environment.

Previous experience in plasma is not required.
