PLANNER

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor activities to ensure timely completion of production orders and customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain schedules based on engineering plans, production requirements, material availability and capacity.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure materials and resources are available according to the planned schedule.
• Monitor progress against schedules and identify potential delays, material shortages and other operational issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Store and Production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Update schedules and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure work progresses according to plan.
• Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts, material shortages, backlogs and other issues that may affect delivery timelines.
• Maintain planning schedules and related records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Higher Secondary/STPM/A-Level/Pre-University, Diploma or equivalent in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics or supply chain.
• Good understanding of planning, scheduling and supply chain processes.
• Strong coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Resourceful, well-organized and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills, self-motivated and a good team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
