We're looking for a Planner to join our WPS team in Croydon , supporting the delivery of essential property services and social housing maintenance works. You'll play a key role in coordinating engineers, subcontractors and operational teams, ensuring appointments are planned efficiently and customers receive an excellent service every time. 🏡

🔑 What You'll Be Doing

📅 Scheduling and managing engineers' diaries to maximise productivity and minimise travel time

📊 Producing reports and performance data to support operational delivery

📉 Monitoring work in progress and ensuring jobs are completed within target timescales

📞 Liaising with residents, clients, engineers and internal teams

🛠️ Supporting supervisors and managers with day-to-day planning activities

💡 Identifying scheduling improvements and helping drive operational efficiencies

📧 Managing customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service

⚠️ Ensuring appointments and works are planned in line with health and safety requirements

🏡 Supporting the delivery of responsive repairs and planned maintenance services within social housing communities

🧠 What You'll Bring

✅ Previous planning, scheduling or administrative experience

✅ Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel

✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✅ The ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure

✅ A proactive and organised approach to problem-solving

✅ Experience producing reports and managing multiple priorities

✅ Social housing, maintenance or property services experience would be advantageous

✅ A full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential
