At ASUS , we’re looking for a Planner based in Bogotá who will work closely with our Central America team, connecting data, demand planning, and supply chain operations to drive business performance.

💻 YOUR MISSION

Manage forecasting, order placement, and inventory planning in collaboration with our Country Product Manager (CPM) and Sales teams, ensuring efficient supply chain execution—from forecast submission to product delivery.

🔎 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• 📈 Monitor computer forecasts and identify demand trends.
• 📦 Track pending stock issues and coordinate solutions.
• 🎯 Support product lineup planning and provide accurate forecasting insights.
• 🚢 Coordinate imports, production allocation, and order follow-up.
• 📊 Analyze inventory levels to maintain healthy stock and support sales plans.
• 💡 Support product and pricing strategies to maximize business opportunities.
• 📑 Prepare import documentation, operational reports, and business analytics.

🎯 MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 💼 2–3 years of experience in planning, supply chain, demand forecasting, or related roles.
• 🇬🇧 Advanced English: you’ll collaborate with international stakeholders every week.
• 🧮 Advanced Excel skills: you know your formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis inside out.
• 📊 Strong data analytics skills, especially Power BI . You can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

✨ NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in retail or technology brands.
• Experience working in multinational environments.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data queries.
