What they need
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare daily and weekly schedules for delivery and distribution of beer products.
· Coordinate delivery requirements with the warehouse, dispatch, drivers, helpers, and other concerned departments.
· Monitor availability of beer products and coordinate with the warehouse for proper allocation.
· Prepare and update daily schedules based on confirmed orders and operational priorities.
· Adjust schedules immediately in case of delays, truck breakdowns, manpower availability.
· Maintain accurate records of schedules, truck assignments, delivery status, and operational reports.
· Coordinate with the Warehouse In-charge to ensure smooth operations.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedure, and proper handling of beer products.
· Communicate operational concerns and recommend improvements to management.
