Planner Executive – Motorcycle Assembly

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our motorcycle assembly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating production schedules, ensuring parts availability, and supporting efficient motorcycle assembly operations while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly motorcycle assembly production.

• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, sales, and assembly teams to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.

• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery deadlines.

• Track inventory levels and work with procurement to prevent shortages or excess stock.

• Prepare production reports, KPIs, and capacity planning.

• Improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.

• Ensure production documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of production planning experience, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.

• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with AutoCount Accounting Software and ISO Audit Standards would greatly benefit.

• Good knowledge of inventory control and production scheduling.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with different departments.
