Planner Executive

• Salary Package: Basic Up to $4500 + AWS + VB + Flexi Benefits
• Established Manufacturing Industry
• Working Locations: Woodlands (Company transport provided)
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Your Role, Your Influence:

1. Developing and maintaining production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and available capacity
2. Coordinating with sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure alignment on production requirements and timelines
3. Monitoring production progress against planned schedules and identifying variances or bottlenecks
4. Adjusting production plans in response to changes in customer orders, material availability, or resource constraints
5. Preparing accurate production reports and performance metrics for management review
6. Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory management and distribution
7. Liaising with quality assurance to verify that production meets specified standards and requirements
8. Optimising production routes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce lead times

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or a related role within a manufacturing environment
2. Strong proficiency with production planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
