Planner (Inventory Control)

You will be doing

·        Forecasting and planning inventory levels to meet client demands, as well as monitoring shipments and receipts.

·        Implementing inventory control systems and processes to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory

·        Executing stock adjustments from relevant parties, including claims, stock take adjustments, dump forms, etc.

·        Generating regular inventory reports and dashboards for management review

·        Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies and variances

·        Foster and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

·        Performing any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

We are looking for someone with

·        Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related disciplines

·        2-4 years of experience in inventory planning and demand forecasting, preferably in the Retail/FMCG sector

·        Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets

·        Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup, etc)

·        Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
