Planner Manager (Textile)

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of the APS system for textile production, ensuring a smooth transition and efficient utilization
• Manage and maintain the APS system, staying updated with the latest features and enhancements
• Utilize APS tools to calculate and design production capacity plans, ensuring optimal resource utilization
• Develop and optimize production plans to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate closely with the production floor, ensuring seamless communication on planned schedules, required capacity, and outstanding schedule reports
• Coordinate with the sales team to resolve any issues related to orders
• Provide regular (daily/weekly) reports on production status and performance
• Quickly adapt to changes in quantity and delivery dates based on sales feedback
• Effectively manage changes, ensuring consistency with the APS system and minimal disruption to production

About you

• Good understanding of factory operations, processes, and the manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with knitting and dyeing processes, with the ability to formulate corresponding production plans
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate cooperation among different departments
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, enabling quick responses to complex production issues
