Planner – PMS (Preventive Maintenance System)

Location: Region 10 (Northern Mindanao), Philippines
Department: Field Operations

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Planner – PMS to join our Field Operations team in Region 10. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring preventive maintenance activities for company equipment to ensure operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for company equipment and heavy machinery.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel, equipment coordinators, and operations teams regarding scheduled maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment maintenance records, service intervals, and upcoming maintenance requirements.
• Prepare maintenance plans, reports, and other related documentation.
• Track equipment downtime and maintenance progress to support efficient operations.
• Ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance activities in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
• Assist in identifying maintenance requirements and improving equipment availability and reliability.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of Mechanical Engineering or a related technical course.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning, equipment maintenance, or fleet management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and maintenance scheduling is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications used for reports and monitoring.
• Good organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Region 10 (Northern Mindanao).
