What they need

Planner (Programming & Scheduling) – Castle Group
Castle Modular, Galway | Full-time on site, Permanent

Castle Group is a Galway-based off-site manufacturing and mission-critical fit-out company, delivering projects for some of the world's leading technology and life sciences clients across Ireland and Europe.

We're looking for an experienced Planner to take ownership of programming and scheduling across our Fit-Out and Modular divisions. It's a key role at the centre of our project delivery. There's a clear development pathway into project management and contracts management for the right person.

What you'll do

  • Prepare tender, baseline and working programmes, including logic, durations, key dates and critical path
  • Integrate factory production and off-site manufacturing schedules with logistics, delivery sequencing and on-site installation
  • Produce look-ahead programmes, resource histograms and short-interval plans with project and site teams
  • Track progress against baseline and prepare progress reports for management and clients
  • Identify programme risks and delays early, and support delay analysis and extension of time submissions
  • Develop standard planning templates, coding structures and reporting formats across the business
  • Manage client platform uploads and track design and technical submittals through the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

  • Proven planning or programming experience in construction, fit-out, modular or off-site manufacturing
  • Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project or Asta Powerproject
  • A solid understanding of critical path, delay analysis and progress reporting
  • Clear communication, and the confidence to work with project teams, site management and clients
  • Willingness to travel to project sites in Ireland and Europe
  • A full, clean driving licence

What we offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Performance bonus
  • Company vehicle and fuel card
  • 21 days' annual leave plus public holidays
  • A structured development plan with progression into project management and contracts management
  • The chance to work on high-profile international projects with a growing Irish company

To apply, send your CV to [email protected] or apply directly through this post.

Pay: €41,000.00-€65,800.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Company pension
  • On-site parking
