PLANNER (PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for developing detailed construction project plans, schedules, and timelines to guide execution.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor, track, and evaluate project progress against the established schedule.
• Proficient in planning software and other relevant tools to support project programming activities.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and align project planning with overall objectives.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, forecasts, and comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5 years of working experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction or property development industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction work sequencing, methodologies, and project lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
