PLANNER RESPONSIBLE

We’re hiring: PLANNER RESPONSIBLE | Webuild

For one of our projects, we are looking for an experienced Planner Responsible to join our team and contribute to the planning and monitoring of project activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and update project schedules and execution plans;

• Monitor the availability of raw materials, consumables, resources and execution capacity;

• Monitor project progress, efficiency parameters and budgeted costs;

• Support the preparation and updating of integrated work plans and schedules;

• Collect, consolidate and synthesize technical information from different departments and subcontractors;

• Participate in technical meetings and prepare progress reports and minutes;

• Participate in site inspections, when required, to collect data necessary for project integration;

• Identify inconsistencies or technical issues and coordinate their escalation to the responsible teams;

• Monitor delegated technical tasks and action plans related to project implementation.

What we are looking for:

• University degree in Construction Engineering , preferably Civil & Industrial Construction, Logistics, Planning or a similar technical field;

Minimum 10 years of experience in planning/scheduling ;

• Experience with Primavera, WinProject or similar planning software ;

• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills;

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;

• Understanding of planning processes and applicable legislation in the construction sector;

Good knowledge of English ;

• Knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage.

Experience in ERP implementation/migration projects is a plus.
