Planner / Scheduler

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
• With at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in planning, scheduling, or construction project coordination.
• Knowledgeable in Primavera P6 and project scheduling.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
• Familiar with construction planning, project timelines, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Able to prepare and update project schedules, including baseline, actual progress, and forecast schedules.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or potential schedule risks.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and other departments regarding project activities and timelines.
• Prepare progress reports, schedule updates, and other planning-related documents.
• Assist in developing project baseline schedules, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
• Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure that project activities are properly sequenced and aligned with project objectives.
