Planner / Scheduler

IEM Dynamic Sdn. Bhd. is looking for committed and motivated talents to join our Planning / Scheduling team in Sarawak and Peninsular Malaysia.

Location : Sarawak and Peninsular Malaysia

Job Type : Contract / Full-time (depending on project needs)

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.

• Coordinate with project teams to collect updates and scheduling information.

• Support weekly and monthly progress reporting, look-ahead schedules, and planning documents.

• Track project milestones and follow up on outstanding activities.

• Maintain proper records of project schedules and progress data.

• Perform other planning and scheduling duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or any related field.

• Fresh graduates and local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• No prior experience in Primavera P6, planning, or scheduling is required.

• Must show commitment, willingness to learn, and interest in planning and scheduling.

• On-the-job training and mentoring will be provided directly by senior staff.

• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
