Planner / Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by addressing their concerns in answering phone calls and emails
• Escalate problems and determine if technical solution can be resolved over the phone back to Service Manager
• Conduct Transactions w/ system; walk customer through correction and provide summary explanations
• Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle
• Coordinate the detail of every vehicle prior to delivery time
• Customer and sales driven oriented to drive sales revenue
• Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years automotive sales advisor experience
• Understanding of basic automotive and auto part techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles
• Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
• Associate Degree or certificate in Automotive Technology, or equivalent preferred
• Retail automotive service experience preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
