Planner (Sheet Metal Products)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales orders, demand forecasts, and available resources.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and components for production.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules accordingly to meet delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to support NPI activities and assess production feasibility.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports on output, efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Identify production bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve workflow and productivity.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate production records, schedules, and related documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in production planning, preferably within sheet metal, precision parts, or electrical assembly industries.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
