Planner Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and control order load, including supporting production control and material management.
• Receive and review customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze and determine the appropriate quantity of materials to be purchased or self-produced according to production requirements.
• Review and approve production schedules to ensure alignment with customer orders and production capacity.
• Coordinate and arrange raw materials, materials, machinery, equipment, and jigs/tools required for production.
• Execute and monitor operations to achieve company and department targets.
• Implement the department's annual operating plan and monitor performance to ensure that targets are achieved.
• Plan and execute finished goods production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Material Planning, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Chinese communication skills are an advantage and will be considered a special qualification.
