What they need
Prepare construction programme with cost loading for tender submission.
Able to work independently in understanding the tender document.
Work closely with project manager and team members to produce the programme.
Programme shall be of good quality, compliant with the specified standards in the contract document.
Qualification and requirements
Proficient in Primavera and Microsoft project planning softwares.
Positive personality and good team player.
Responsible and Reliable on the accuracy of the works.
Able to work in tight schedules.
Experience required
Minimum 5 years of planning experience.
LTA job/ building experience is pre-requisite.
