PLANNING ANALYST

Álya Construtora – Guyana Branch is seeking a Planning Analyst to work on our project in Linden. If you have advanced Excel skills, experience with MS Project and infrastructure projects, and an intermediate to advanced level of English, this could be the ideal opportunity to advance your career in a challenging environment.

Key challenges of the position:

Responsible for monitoring data integration and generating management documents and reports—covering resources, time, cost, quality, and risk—while fostering communication among stakeholders to ensure adherence to the project's proposed schedule.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering
• Advanced Excel skills
• MS Project
• Experience with infrastructure projects
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency

Languages:

• English – advanced/intermediate
• Spanish - intermediate/basic
• Portuguese

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with the Last Planner System (LPS)

Working conditions*:

• Local hiring arrangement: Linden, Guyana
• Salary paid in local currency (to be agreed upon)
• Rotation: 90 days on / 12 days off
• Meals provided in a local mess hall
• Shared accommodation
