Planning Analyst

Experience: - 7+ Years (Minimum 5+ years in Renewable Connectivity)

Role Objective

We are looking for a Planning Analyst who can develop, maintain and monitor project schedules for multiple Renewable Energy EPC projects while supporting portfolio-level planning and project controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedule.
• Update weekly progress from site teams.
• Monitor planned vs actual progress.
• Identify schedule variance and critical path.
• Perform delay analysis and recovery planning.
• Forecast project completion dates.
• Monitor resource loading and productivity.
• Track baseline changes and maintain variation register.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams.
• Support PMO Lead in weekly project reviews.
• Generate planning reports for management.
