📢 We’re Hiring | Planning Analyst

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Planning Analyst to support sector operations through effective planning, budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with HR, finance, and other support functions to ensure efficient operations and the timely delivery of business requirements.

📍 Location: Saudi Arabia

💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

🗣️ Languages: Arabic (primary) and proficient English

📅 Expected Start Date: 18 November 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR-related activities, including manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee services.
• Liaise with support functions to facilitate business requirements and ensure smooth operational coordination.
• Support the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of operating and capital budgets.
• Prepare periodic management reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.
• Maintain and update sector data, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Monitor sector initiatives, action items, and outstanding issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Act as the focal point between the Sector and Business Line (BL) representatives, coordinating HR, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sector Executive Director (ED).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to prepare management presentations and reports while managing multiple priorities.
