Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Industry: Water Supply / Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Review and monitor Client RA Bills and Sub-Contractor RA Bills.
• Verify BOQ, measurements, quantities, deductions, recoveries, variations, and claims.
• Review Client Billing vs. Sub-Contractor Billing and prepare reconciliation statements.
• Monitor project-wise billing, collections, subcontractor payments, and cost.
• Consolidate project progress and prepare weekly/monthly MIS and management reports.
• Coordinate with project/site teams for billing, measurements, planning, and commercial requirements.
• Track planned vs. actual progress and highlight delays/variations.
• Maintain proper billing, planning, and project documentation.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in Planning & Billing / Quantity Surveying.
• Strong hands-on experience in Client Billing and Sub-Contractor Billing.
• Experience in Water Supply / Pipeline Projects preferred.
• JJM/Government Water Supply Projects experience will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity reconciliation, billing, rate analysis, and variations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of MS Project/Primavera is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
