PLANNING AND CONTROL, EXECUTIVE

A Planning and Control Executive typically plays a crucial role in ensuring that an organization project and operation are well-coordinated and timely.

KEYS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1. Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of systems and processes
2. Coordinate with various team (e.g., project team, technical division, QAQC and others) to ensure project are met.
3. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of planning activities.
4. Manage timelines & resources for operational projects.
5. Collaborating with all internal parties in planning and setting up work schedule of MRO Level 4 activities in the depot.
6. Create and maintain project schedule, ensuring timely completion of task.

REPORTING TASK

1. Distribute, collect, prepare, check and compiling MRO reporting.
2. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
3. Prepare and present regular report on project status and performance.
4. Prepare the minute of meeting.

CMMS (COMPUTERIZE MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)

1. Familiar with CMMS system is advantage.
2. Create, update and close work order in the CMMS system.
3. Prioritize and assign work orders to maintenance personnel.
4. Track the progress and completion of work orders.
5. Maintain accurate records of all work order in the CMMS.
6. Ensure accurate and comprehensive data entry into the CMMS.
7. Standardize data entry procedures and train staff on proper data entry techniques.

QUALIFICATION

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably with CMMS software.
3. Strong understanding of maintenance processes and best practices.
4. Proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
