At Driscoll's, we're passionate about ensuring consumers receive the freshest, highest-quality berries possible, and our Planning & Delivery team plays a vital role in making that happen.

We're currently looking for a Planning & Delivery Coordinator to join our Sales team at our HQ in Docklands, VIC. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing sales orders, pack plans, and deliveries, ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on schedule.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with detail, and takes pride in seeing processes through from start to finish. You'll work closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to keep products moving efficiently from farm to customer, playing an important role in the success of our business.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Assigning order allocations for all sites, customers, and product categories.
• Communicating with all key internal and external stakeholders to ensure order requirements and confirmations are aligned across all parties.
• Collating daily Stock on Hand (SOH) across all SKUs and sites.
• Coordinating the processing of rejected product from customer to distribution centres.
• Ensuring all orders are delivered in full and on time from DC to market.
• Providing responsive customer service support related to order fulfilment and delivery issues.
• Supporting the resolution of delivery issues, expectations and customer queries.
• Translating weekly sales allocations into clear DC pack plans.
• Maintaining accurate system records across all orders, PO’s, imports, rejections, and adjustments.

ABOUT YOU…

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants will need to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience in a logistical or transportation coordination role is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work across weekends and public holidays on a rotating basis
• Strong customer service qualities
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Full unrestricted Australian working rights
