About the Role
As a Planning and Design Manager at Concerted Management Corporation, you will be at the forefront of planning and designing cutting-edge retail and commercial developments. This key role will allow you to oversee and guide the entire planning and design process, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that push boundaries and meet business goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the planning and design of innovative new retail and commercial developments, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement comprehensive site plans, integrating zoning, infrastructure, and accessibility considerations.
• Oversee the design process, ensuring integration of cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to guarantee compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to the project management team throughout the development life cycle.
• Drive a culture of innovation, exploring new technologies and best practices in retail and property design.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in planning and design, particularly within retail or property development.
• Proven track record in successfully managing complex commercial projects from conception to completion.
• In-depth technical knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design principles.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, including CAD, BIM, and scheduling applications.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• A degree in architecture, urban planning, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
