Planning and Development Staff

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting air conditioner product development activities, document control, system maintenance, engineering coordination, and service parts management. The role works closely with Engineering, QC, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely completion of development projects and product launch requirements.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related 4-year course

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· SAP experience is an advantage

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

· Strong coordination, analytical, and organizational skills

· Detail-oriented and able to handle documentation and system-related tasks

· Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor and follow up development-related activities, including drawing issuance, BOM updates, and engineering documentation.

· Maintain and update system data related to product development and production.

· Coordinate with Engineering, QC, Manufacturing, and other departments regarding development concerns.

· Participate in product validation, trials, and supplier-related activities.

· Prepare reports related to product development, engineering, and service parts.

· Support service parts requests and coordinate with local and overseas counterparts.

· Assist in document control and compliance activities for new model development.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
