Planning and Fulfillment Manager

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Leads and monitors a team of production planners and operational buyers;
• Implements the planning of the production of electrical equipment products, as well as for complete projects of any complexity in the short, medium and long term;
• Providing a forecast for electrical components to suppliers based on customer needs;
• Actively communicates with customers about delivery dates and additional requirements;
• Evaluates, selects and applies standard techniques and procedures for adapting production;
• Collects and analyzes all data related to the creation of a time-limited schedule for a product type;
• Organizes the preparation of a daily production schedule Responsible for the preparation of material strategies;
• Effectively monitors and controls the progress of the project and the efficient use of resources;
• Keeps SOP's fulfillment processes;
• Monitors and report suppliers performance Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed;
• Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Your Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, Engineering or other technical background;
• Professional experience at least 2 years in planning or similar area;
• Very good command of English language, written and spoken;
• Very good command of MS Office and ERP systems (SAP);
• Leadership and good communication skills;
• Planning, organizing, time management, priority setting skills;
• Strong customer awareness and focus.
