Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Count the overdue and low-turnover inventory in the central warehouse and agent warehouses; coordinate with the business department to implement and follow up executable promotion and allocation plans for slow-moving products; promote the promotion of overdue goods and the allocation and transfer between regions, and synchronize the cleanup progress. Be responsible for the inventory Turnover Ratio of the central warehouse and agent warehouses.

Delivery Plan:

Timely arrangement of agent stock orders to ensure delivery efficiency

① Track the progress of seaborne cargo arrival at the port, customs clearance and warehousing, and promptly feedback the warehousing completion status after the goods arrive at the warehouse;

② Follow up on the delivery arrangements of agents' stock preparation orders on a daily basis to ensure delivery to agents or customers within the required time limit;

Reporting

As required by the department, regularly submit data reports including weekly inventory reports, sales consumption data, obsolete inventory lists, and delivery indicators.

Periodic Training

It is required to complete training on a regular basis, including but not limited to system training, on-site practical operation training, standardized operation training and so on.

Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain.
• 3-5 years work experience in the renewable energy industry.
• Local nationality, fluent in English (able to read and write basic business documentation);
• Candidates with basic experience in warehouse, sales or freight forwarding related fields are preferred;
• Proficient in office software, and familiar with WMS and CRM systems;
• Understand the basic logic of purchase, sale, and storage;
