What they need
Plan and plot production schedules and forecasts
Monitor daily and hourly production output, production flow, and ensure targets and delivery dates are met
Secure job orders, materials, machines, and operators before production
Report directly to the supervisor on production systems and efficiency and perform other assigned duties
Job Qualifications
At least 6 months of experience as PMC Staff in electronics manufacturing or in a related field
Knowledge of basic computer applications and SAP
Strong attention to detail and observation skills
Good organizational and leadership skills
