Planning & Order Taker Rep.

TAQA Petroleum is Hiring | Planning & Order Taker Rep. (Head Office) Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve customer queries regarding orders and deliveries.
• Prepare and send daily planning lists to the respective terminals, and post sales orders on the SUN system in a timely manner.
• Analyze orders to ensure minimum order quantities, truck compatibility, and appropriate load allocation based on site tank capacities.
• Check customer demands against truck capacity, resolve supply imbalances, and manage any supply disruptions.
• Coordinate with the Credit Department regarding customer cash deposits, and monitor customers' opening stocks to avoid outlet runouts and support sales growth.
• Coordinate with Fleet and Dispatchers regarding additional/excess trucking requirements, unfulfilled orders, delivery date changes, and execution of the daily plan.
• Update daily operations logs and customer orders on the SUN system, process manual after-hours orders when required, and coordinate with terminal staff to resolve issues on the spot.

R equirements:

• Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree of accounting or related certificates is required.
• (1:3 Years) Experience in the same field or related fields.
• Good command of English Language (written & spoken).
