Planning and Productivity Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules and work programs
• Monitor site productivity and analyze labor, equipment, and material performance
• Track progress against plans and identify schedule delays or productivity issues
• Prepare progress reports, productivity analyses, and recovery plans
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams on planning and execution
• Support forecasting, resource planning, and performance improvement initiatives
• Ensure planning and productivity data are accurate and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years experience in planning, scheduling, or productivity analysis
• Proficient in planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience in construction or project-based environments preferred
