Planning & Project Exec (Civil/Structural) with consultancy experience Damansara

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of master layout plans and building designs together with architects, engineers, planners, and other consultants.
• Liaise with local authorities and statutory bodies to monitor submission progress, approvals, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate and checking planning submissions, layout plans, building plans, and related development approvals.
• Work closely with external consultants and internal departments to ensure submission documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within timelines.
• Maintain proper records, filing systems, and correspondence related to planning and authority submissions.
• Prepare and compile monthly progress reports and status updates for management review.
• Coordinate documentation flow and communication between internal departments and external parties.
• Handle general administrative duties including data entry, report preparation, meeting minutes, and filing.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior to support departmental and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structure Engineering or a related discipline.
• Preferably candidates with working experience in architectural, or engineering consultancy firms.
• Candidates with experience handling authority submissions and consultant coordination will have an added advantage.
• Good understanding of planning submission processes and local authority procedures is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude.
• Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD or planning-related software will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Mandarin language proficiency will be an added advantage due to business communication requirements.
