What you'll be doing

• Developing comprehensive project schedules and timelines in accordance with contract requirements and project objectives
• Creating and maintaining detailed baseline schedules and progress schedules utilising industry-standard planning software
• Monitoring and tracking project progress against approved schedules, identifying delays and variances
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather information and updates on project activities
• Preparing schedule forecasts, progress reports, and critical path analyses for project stakeholders
• Identifying scheduling risks and bottlenecks, and recommending corrective actions to maintain project momentum
• Managing resource allocation and optimising workforce productivity schedules
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their activities are coordinated within the overall project schedule
• Conducting schedule reviews and meetings with project teams to ensure transparency and alignment
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation and schedule records

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling
• Proficiency with planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling tools
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices
• Ability to develop and manage complex project schedules for large-scale construction projects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify scheduling issues and propose practical solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse project teams
• Attention to detail and accuracy in schedule development and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
• Certification in project management or planning (such as PMP or equivalent) is advantageous
• Experience working on large infrastructure or building construction projects
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction standards and regulations is beneficial
