What they need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, or Project Control. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of WBS, S-Curve, progress measurement, and project reporting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
