📍 About the Role

As a key interface between Engineering, Programs, Operations, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, the Planning and Scheduling Manager will own the end-to-end delivery schedule for complex antenna measurement systems. This role is critical to ensuring on-time delivery to global customers and driving alignment across APAC, EMEA, and NAM. It is ideal for an experienced planning professional who thrives in complex, engineered-to-order environments and can translate priorities, constraints, and risks into clear execution plans.

🏢 About MVG

Our mission: Testing Connectivity for a Wireless World. Join us to shape the future.

🚀 Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously optimize the master delivery schedule, integrating engineering milestones, design releases, raw material availability, production plans, and customer priorities.

  • Lead bi-weekly Program-to-Operations reviews with Project Managers across APAC, EMEA, and NAM to align delivery priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts.

  • Collaborate with Engineering Managers and production teams through weekly and monthly reviews to track design progress and maintain a rolling 2–3 month production and capacity plan.

  • Ensure clear, up-to-date supply chain schedule visibility for Project Managers and Regional Program Managers, highlighting real-time priorities, risks, and dependencies.

  • Drive proactive mitigation actions for material availability issues, capacity constraints, engineering delays, and major program changes.

  • Develop and deploy live digital dashboards to collect, share, and improve planning information across project, production, and engineering stakeholders.

  • Champion continuous improvement in planning processes, digital tool adoption, data quality, and cross-functional scheduling discipline.

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, or supply chain within a complex technical or engineered-to-order environment such as aerospace, defense, telecoms, test and measurement, or similar industries.

  • Proven experience managing multi-site and/or multi-regional planning processes in a matrix organization.

  • Strong understanding of hardware development cycles, design release processes, and their impact on production scheduling and capacity planning.

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel for scheduling, tracking, and data analysis, and MS Word for technical documentation and reports.

  • Familiarity with project management tools, document control systems, and ERP systems.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively with international teams and travel occasionally.

🌟 Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of SAP ByDesign or experience working with multiple ERP systems.

  • Experience deploying automation or AI tools for supply chain planning.

  • Background in antenna measurement, EMC, RCS, telecoms, aerospace, defense, or test and measurement environments.

  • Experience building digital planning dashboards for real-time cross-functional visibility.
