Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Construction/Engineering)

We are looking for a Specialist, Planning & Scheduling to support project planning and scheduling activities for engineering and construction projects. This role will work closely with project teams to maintain schedules, track progress and support project reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain project schedules
• Track and update project progress based on inputs from Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards and look-ahead schedules
• Monitor schedule deviations and highlight potential risks or delays
• Support project controls through data collection, validation and documentation
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction, Commercial and various engineering disciplines, as well as clients, contractors, consultants and vendors

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Construction or a related discipline
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in project planning/scheduling
• Basic understanding of the EPCM project lifecycle
• Strong analytical, numerical and data management skills
• Foundational knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM)
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented, systematic and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Understanding of engineering codes and standards for international clients
