Planning Assistant

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; candidates with a major in accounting, taxation, or financial management are preferred;

2. At least 3 years of experience in finance;

3. Proficient in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

4. Proficient in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Chinese, Indonesian, and English;

5. Strong communication skills, good mental resilience, and a team-oriented spirit.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collecting and reviewing purchase order information;

2. Comparing prices and reviewing payments for non-production purchases;

3. Initial review of contracts, coordinating revisions, following up on approvals, and managing contract registration;

4. Monitoring the scrap material disposal process;

5. Tracking engineering project drawings, quotes, contracts, and project progress;

6. Preparing various management reports;

7. Providing full support for meetings;

8. Assisting in streamlining internal company processes;

9. Completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
