Planning Assistant

1.   Supports the Factory Planners on printing of Work Orders and Pick-slip with corresponding ship date for submission to WHSE for Kitting

2.   Identifies and prints Pick-slip priority according to shipment date. Manage and monitor the pick-slip released by Planner align to weekly shipment plan.

3.   Responsible for the handshaking of Work Order/Pick slip with WHSE/Machining

4.   Creates Reports

1. Daily WIP Report - Aging and investigation.
2. OTD and Lead Time report.
3. Utilization and Efficiency tracker
4. WIP incident – Shipment failure report
5. WIP aging consolidation and closure.
6. QI registration
7. Other reports required

5.   Closes Work Order for Fixture Jobs and old existing jobs.

6.   Assists planners on BOM review

1. BOM structure review vs Work Order
2. Work Order Definition review against the drawing as needed.
3. Review the PRCO for release and take action as needed.
4. Creation of Back-up Work Orders; Transformation work order.

7.    Other Admin Task Assign

Requirements:

Advance knowledge of MS Excel

Detail oriented, with good basic math skills 

Familiar with personal computers and computerized production planning and inventory systems

With good oral and written communication skills
