To support our continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a motivated and responsible Planning Assistant to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PRODUCTION ADMIN ASSISTANT

The Planning Assistant will report to the Planning Manager and will be based at our manufacturing company in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and ensure all production-related information is accurately recorded and updated.
• Assist in updating production planning and production status reports.
• Update production reports and prepare data on production output, efficiency, rejects, and material consumption and other relevant production-related information.
• Maintain proper filing of production and planning documents.
• Ensure all records and documents are complete and up to date.
• Assist the Production Department with daily administrative work.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with certificate in accounting or business administration are encouraged to apply.
• SPM holders with 2 to 3 years working experience will also be considered.
• Must competent in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
• Possess good working attitude, hands on and is hardworking.
