Planning Assistant Manager

Technical Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Inventory Control, and Capacity Planning.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, and Logistics.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and/or MRP systems.
• Ability to analyze demand forecasts, production schedules, inventory levels, and customer requirements.
• Good knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Leadership & Management Skills

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate effectively with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Overseas affiliates.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Language Skills

• Good command of English in both written and spoken communication.

(TOEIC score 500 points at least)

• Ability to communicate effectively with overseas customers, suppliers, and group companies.
