- Production Orders: Generate and track production orders for assemblies and sub-assemblies based on build plans.
- Material & Inventory Control: Monitor stock availability, check inventory levels, and coordinate with warehouses to prevent shortages.
- Capacity & Demand Analysis: Compare build plan requirements against current production capacity and flag constraints or bottlenecks.
- Order Processing: Receive, enter, and update customer orders in enterprise resource planning (ERP) .
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with purchasing, logistics, and shop floor teams to ensure on-time delivery and execution.
