Job Role - Planning Executive Roles and responsibilities-

• Develop and maintain inventory planning models to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust replenishment parameters to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
• Identify and address potential inventory shortages or excesses proactively to avoid disruptions in supply chain operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components to meet production schedules.
• Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Generate reports and analysis on inventory performance, including key metrics such as fill rate, stockout rates and days of cover.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, promotions, and other business initiatives

Requirement-

• 1-8 years experience in planning in any industry is preferred (we have multiple openings)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
