What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Coordination with site team in order to collect Daily Progress Report & Weekly Progress Report
- Preparation of Schedule for Project & monitoring of the project progress with respect to the schedule
- Should have experience in document management system
- Should be able to prepare the reports based on the inputs collected from Site team
- After the meeting gets over should able to prepare the MOM and circulate for the team
- Should be able to take quantities from drawing and updating the quantities once the drawing is revised
- Should have proper communication with internal team regarding the updates required by the site team
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in email communication & related correspondence
- Good knowledge in Auto cad
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, & Power point Presentation)
- Experience in creating Schedule in MS Project & Periodic Tracking
