Planning Engineer - Civil

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with around 10 years of experience in construction/real estate, preferably with exposure to high-rise residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, baseline programmes and look-ahead plans.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays, critical activities and schedule deviations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, MIS, recovery plans and catch-up schedules.
• Coordinate with Project, Architect, Design, QS, Procurement, MEP and Site teams.
• Track drawings, design approvals, materials, manpower and construction activities.
• Assist with delay analysis, EOT claims and corrective action plans.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within approved timelines.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
• Around 10 years of relevant planning/project controls experience.
• High-rise construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, critical path and progress monitoring.
• Strong coordination, analytical and reporting skills.
