Role & responsibilities
Develop detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource plans.
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
Identify delays, risks, and critical path activities.
Perform delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Track project milestones and ensure alignment with deadlines.
Assist in cost estimation and resource allocation.
Maintain documentation for planning and scheduling activities.
