Planning Engineer/计划工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibility: Ensure the efficient relocation of production resources, including rational allocation and smooth transition of equipment, materials, and human resources to support production needs. Develop and implement detailed plans covering SPEC (specifications), implementation plans, production volume, cost control, yield improvement, and quality assurance to ensure project and production objectives are met. Lead or participate in the transfer of NPI (New Product Introduction) projects to mass production, ensuring a seamless transition, stable process, and compliance with quality and efficiency requirements. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field. Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills, capable of collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams. Strong logical thinking and a high sense of responsibility, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and ensure timely delivery. Experience in production planning is preferred. Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing, capable of communicating effectively in an English working environment.
